1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

Edge Landscape Design of Tarpon Springs provides landscape design, installation, irrigation, hardscaping, outdoor features, maintenance, and grading services in Tarpon Springs, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a signed agreement or proposal with detailed scope, pricing, and timeline. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on a site visit and the information you supply. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if project scope changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or material costs change significantly. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to confirm scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion or as outlined in the agreement. We accept check, cash, and major credit cards. Overdue balances may incur late fees as specified in the project agreement.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may forfeit any applicable deposit. Project scope changes must be submitted in writing and may affect timeline and pricing. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property information, ensure access to the work area, notify us of any underground utilities or hazards, and obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins. We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or lack of necessary permits.

7. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from project completion under normal use and proper care. Plant material warranties are subject to proper irrigation and maintenance after installation. We do not warrant against damage caused by extreme weather, pest infestations, improper irrigation, or neglect. Manufacturer warranties on hardscape materials and irrigation equipment are passed through to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not marked by appropriate authorities, or damage caused by third parties.

9. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. We strive to keep information accurate but do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of website content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law
